In this course you will learn about the whole perspective around system maintenance including maintenance models, processes, organization and roles for effective steering and management of IT-systems.
We mix theory with practice and have clearly focus on that you quick and easy will realize your new knowledge in your own working environment.
During the workshops you will achieve practical knowledge in how to manage system maintenance related activities and how to navigate in a complex organization, both internally and against external partners.
